Eddie started golfing at 18 months old with a cut-down MacGregor putter while he was still in diapers. From there his passion for golf grew. At the age of 8, his father would drop him off at the golf course on his way to work and pick him up on his way home. During those long summer days, he spent many hours playing at Sunnybrae Golf Course in Port Perry perfecting his game.

By the age of 12, he was a scratch golfer earning himself his first provincial title. That was the year he knew he wanted to become a professional golfer. His golf career continued to develop and he won two more provincial championships before attending Eastern Michigan University on a full scholarship. He studied and received his Bachelor of Science in Sports medicine while continuing to win at the college level.
After graduating, he wanted to test his skills in the professional ranks.

He joined the PGA of Canada in 2001 and the same season qualified for PGA Tour Canada. He competed on that tour from 2001-2006, having several top 5 finishes.
Since leaving the tour in 2006, Eddie has developed his passion for teaching and coaching. He enjoys working with golfers of all levels that are serious about improving their golf game. Eddie takes a complete approach to his instruction by combining his educational background and understanding of the body. He builds a lesson program specific to each students golfing ability, fitness capacity and flexibility levels.
